LITTLE BIG MENTOR
Mentoring is a passion that has been with me since high school. My first experience dates back to the 2006-2007 academic year and allowed me to appreciate the positive impact it has on both mentee and mentor. A two-way learning process full of creativity and surprises ready to blossom.
UPF MENTOR SINCE 2017
Since 2017 I have been a mentor in the youth entrepreneurship program at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in collaboration with the Santander Entrepreneur International Centre. In addition, in 2021 I mentored projects in the programme “From Science to Market”. A training course organized by UPF, UB, UPC and UAB that aims to promote knowledge transfer and scientific entrepreneurship.
TRAINING AND ACCREDITATION
Practitioner Mentor accreditated by EMCC. In 2021 I attended the Mentoring Foundation course to obtain European accreditation, through which I learnt the art of Mentoring thanks to Formacció and my colleagues. With all of them I shared experiences and skills.
