Barcelona-based marketing and communications specialist with a history of growing disruptive tech startup companies, especially e-commerce (digital marketplaces and flash sales): Westwing (Rocket Internet), Ironhack (digital education), Mr. Wonderful (creative industry), Exoticca (travel) and Mitto (fintech).

Since 2017, I’m a mentor in the Young Entrepreneurship Program organized by Universitat Pompeu Fabra & International Center Santander Entrepreneur.

Italian by birth and graduate in Advertising and Public Relations (Communication Strategy Itinerary) by Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Executive Master in Comercial and Marketing Management by Euncet-UPC thanks to a scholarship granted in recognition of my professional experience.

I am a lecturer at ISDI. . I have collaborated with educational institutions such as UPC and UPF and with institutions mainly related to corporate training such as Walt Disney, National Geographic, Banco Santander, Siemens Healthineers, NAOS, KUBOTA, UP SPAIN and SNA. +400 students trained.

Committed to the social, entrepreneurial and youth spheres in Barcelona.

  • Launch of the Westwing app.
  • 4 CSR campaigns.

  • Marketing actions in collaboration with brands such as: Desigual, Philips, Le Creuset, KitchenAid, La Cartuja de Sevilla etc.

*Westwing España is Home & Living’s e-commerce platform dedicated to the sale of decorative accessories for the home, inspired by the philosophy of uniqueness and exclusivity of Delia Lachance, founder and creative director of the group. Westwing, born in Germany in 2011, is now present in 11 European countries and Brazil.

MARKETING & COMMUNITY MANAGER

  • As Marketing and Community Manager of Ironhack Barcelona, I have been responsible for creating and managing the Ironhack community (students, alumni, mentors, influencers, social media…) to create this community I have had the pleasure of collaborating with: NASA Space Apps Challenge, Sónar Innovation Challenge, AngelHack, Dribbble, Moritz, Ulabox and other brands related to the tech and startup world.
  • I organised the inauguration of the first Ironhack Campus in Barcelona and more than 60 events.
  • Managed the global branded content strategy (Spanish and English).

BRAND DEVELOPER (ITALY) & MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER (SPAIN, ITALY & LATAM)

  • I developed the Mr. Wonderful brand in Italy through: public relations (press and influencers), branded content, social media and other marketing activities related to e-commerce and authorised points of sale in Italy.
  • As Mr. Wonderful is a design studio, I actively participated in the conceptualisation and copywriting for the first products created for the Italian market.
  • I collaborated with: UNICEF, Polaroid, Caffarel, L’Occitane, Treatwell and other brands regarding CSR projects, product development and communication campaigns.
  • I was promoted and managed a wonderful international team creating spaces for professional growth to develop and conquer these markets by combining creativity, data and technology.
    *Mr. Wonderful specialises in creating products that connect people and bring joy to people. It has a super engaged international community. Its products are sold in FNAC, El Corte Inglés, Mondadori, Feltrinelli… and it even has its own shops.

GLOBAL AND BRAND DIRECTOR

  • Creation of the International Communication Department.
  • I led a multidisciplinary team of 7 people: 5 international communication professionals (UK, FR, ES, DE, US and CA) together with 2 designers.
  • I played a key role in the rebranding process the company went through in 2019.
  • I managed internal communication and employer branding for an international team of over 100 people.
  • Exoticca was named Best Startup of the year by ESADE Alumni and Banco Sabadell’s BStartup in 2019.

*Exoticca wants to lead the digital transformation of package tours. It currently operates successfully in the US, UK, Spain, Canada, France and Germany. Very ambitious and well funded, backed by top national and international investors who also participated in the growth of success stories such as Glovo and Idealista, among others.

HEAD OF MARKETING

  • When I joined, the main focus was on the parent-child relationship (generation Z) as a secure, digital card and payment method.
  • After a rebranding process “Mitto – Conscience in action” we developed the activist spirit of the brand. This allowed me to work on an omnichannel marketing and communication strategy through a very interesting creative process of product and service.

*Mitto is a fintech in favour of sustainable consumption. It is the service that puts our conscience into action in favour of responsible consumption and a sustainable world.

CEO

    I launched the company at the end of 2022.
    In 2023 we did the web3 and fullstack3r bootcamps.
    Entrepreneurship was very rewarding on a female leadership level as I was able to combine it with my pregnancy & motherhood thanks to a dedicated and talented team.

    *Disrup3 is a high-ticket edtech co-founded by Racks & Mutter Ventures and their desire to drive the disruptive in each of us.

    TEACHER

    • Thanks to a last-minute substitution of the master class “Introduction to social media” (in English and face-to-face) within the framework of the Master Internet Business (MIB), which is a 9-month, 450-hour programme that provides the keys, language, skills and tools necessary to face the digital transformation of a company and of oneself. I currently collaborate in the field of in-company training (for companies). Courses, tutorials and mentoring for top managers of big corporate in order to accompany and train them to devise, develop, implement and analyse their digital identity. I have worked for Siemens Healthcare (Italy), Banco Santander (global) Walt Disney.
